nothing hidden from him
He turns the pages over
no choice she made him
dense close packed tension
no clarity or meaning
she too complicated for him
too deep too dark he leaves

Thank you, Roger – when I was putting the book together I wasn’t sure at first how to present lines and six-words then the ‘poem and a line’ idea fell into place alongside poems, one, two, three a page.
