We awake, talking with our eyes, the spell of night unbroken, moon lit silhouettes, heavenly body yours so soft alluring, mine your strength, your rock, to hold on to as waves of passion toss and swirl us. I awoke this morning these words swimming through my mind, my every day starts with such thoughts of you, every day I talk to you in silence and before I fall asleep I whisper goodnight to the shadows as if you.

“My lovely… why do you like this one?”
“You don’t want to know that!”
“Yes my lovely… I do.”
“He knows when to hold my hand
and when to let go.
He knows when to let me be me
and when to let me be with him.”
“My lovely… that is love.”

You’ve had sex
naughtiness and fun
closeness and release
things done before
not always wanted
just expected to give in
this one always smiles
looks into your eyes
knows where to touch
for how long and let go
catches you with silence
asks nothing of you yet
you tell him everything
things you didn’t know
first time for you yes
you’re making love
